You approve every design before you fly, with unlimited revisions during the video consult. We don't put the needle down until you say it's exactly right.
We follow a tropical-healing protocol built specifically for humidity and sun exposure, and you'll have concierge support on call for the whole trip.
Absolutely. Gold and Diamond condos comfortably fit a plus-one, and we can arrange extra tours or spa time for them while you're in the chair.
A 20% non-refundable deposit locks your dates and starts your design process. The balance is due in cash, card, or transfer on arrival.
Tattoo sessions, lodging, airport transfers, design consult, and aftercare kit — everything listed in your tier. Flights and meals outside the concierge package aren't included.
No visa is required for US or Canadian passport holders for tourist stays — just a valid passport and the tourist card, which is bundled into most flights.
We recommend booking your consult 4–6 weeks out for large pieces, so Andy has time to develop and revise your custom design before you land.
Yes — many sleeve and back-piece clients return for a second or third residency. We keep your design and stencils on file for perfect continuity.
Our private studio and partner condos are minutes from Punta Cana's hotel zone, with all transfers arranged from PUJ international airport.
